Down

Quite down today. Didn't really sleep last night. Went to the office even though I didn't want to, but I didn't want to leave Katie with sorting all the Christmas gift donations for the children's and families services, and my Ma was dropping by to donate some craft items for our upcoming sales. Twas nice to go for lunch with her at Costa, though my emotions got the best of me in the afternoon. Came home and had a bit of a cry then a nap. Made me feel vaguely more human.
