Lavender

This afternoon I visited my friend Jane for Lunch & a catch-up.
She showed me her latest painting of a field of Lavender & I love it.
This evening I went to One You meeting; the lady I sit next to was talking to me & made me think about things.
Most days I eat a yogurt for pudding, not thinking if it has sugar, so when I got home & OMG! the Sugar in each pot is so high.
I have put them out of reach as they are long life, use by date March 2024. Hopefully my daughters Boyfriend will eat them & I won't buy them for myself again.
