Golden Greenland

A dull and rainy morning, cleared in the afternoon and clear evening.  Cold and calm all day.

Day off and up early.  A morning cleaning out the freezer, cleaned the fridge too, and a few other jobs done.  Headed out west for walkies in the afternoon.  Friend Julie popped by for walkies after tea. Been into Lerwick this evening, mam's in hospital with gallbladder problems but doing ok.  Popped by Madeline's on my way home, and final walk of the day.  Feet up now.

Sammy was desperate for a walk, it looked better weather out west, so off we went.  A schoolboy error, I forgot a toorie (hat) and gloves.  Although it was sunny, there was no warmth in the low golden glow.  After yesterday, it was nice to see the sun all the same.  A golden glow at Greenland, Mid Waas.
