Owlspotting

A trip to DunCarron Medieval Fort this afternoon. There was lots to do and see, I got a free lesson in archery and I might give it a go, if I can find time and somewhere to go for lessons in Edinburgh.

This owl sat just off the path, not far from falconry display, so it was almost like it was mocking the birds of prey tied to their seats. It kept turning its head by 180 degrees to look at us and was very much not bothered by all the noise and fuss and picture taking.
