Thankful

I see the MM challenge is thankful . It’s definitely how I feel , thankful the two of us are here at the island alone for a few days, the weather is amazingly good, the water calm, the goldeneyes and surf scoters back, the larder full, the power on, burn barrel burnt, bird feeders cleaned and filled, a solitary quiet walk was had ( H is looking for driftwood on our beach). AND family will be here for TG!
Only downside is no internet yet but maybe that’s not all bad. Break from the news .
