Up Straight in the Sunshine X

Cloudy start to the day, but the sun came out in the afternoon here in Halifax so managed to continue my theme "Up Straight in the Sunshine"

Walked the Hebble Trail from Salterhebble to Paris Gates. This follows the route of the old canal which ran to Halifax Basin.

I always find Shaw Lodge Mills amazing. It was a toss up between a blip of the freestanding mill chimney or this loading hoist. Both were Up Straight in the Sunshine!

The hoist won.

No cafe here!
