Ivy Polar Bear

Despite having walked down Buchanan Street countless times, to my shame I have never noticed this restaurant until today when this polar bear's colourful jumper caught my eye.

I was rushing to an appointment at the optician's to have my specs adjusted. Since my fall more than 7 weeks ago, they weren't sitting properly on my nose and that was affecting my vision. After a few tweaks by a skilled optician, I can see properly again without straining. Phew!

GBBO semi-final tonight. I haven't been following it as keenly as previous years because I find Noel and Alison so annoying, but I'll dip in and out to see how the remaining contestants get on...
