Under the floor again

I need to get some data cables from the music room via the garage to the sitting room and then Alfs bedroom.
There is an access panel in his floor ( a cut board with a few screws in it ) so I thought it might give better an easy route). Hahaha foolish me! I think it will just be easier to take them round the outside of the house.
