Removal or repair?

The bank next door has an open front desk area. Here current customers and prospective ones were being served. Some of the older blippers may remember these days of service and time for a friendly chat.
The area has a glass roof and one glass wall. After the cellar had to be renovated due to flooding, obviously the whole building gets "a brush". This time it are the glass panels that are removed (for replacement? for cleaning?).
It is, in my eyes, a tricky thing. Four suction cup carry a panel. They are not heavy, but nevertheless, I have seen suction cups lose hold too often. At least the workplace is closed for traffic.
