Whoops

I accidentally popped a dishwasher tablet whilst separating two which had become stuck together and the liquid landed in my eye. It was quite painful and after about 20 minutes of washing my vision was cloudy and a bit blurry. The pack said it was corrosive so I got myself to A and E where they stuck this litmus paper in my eye and found it was PH9. An hour of washing followed which was really unpleasant but got it down to 7. It still hurts and is red but my vision is back to normal so that's a relief!
