A Day in the Life

Is this your day?  I had to visit my doctors surgery today for an  annual blood test and the nurse had this little notice pinned to her board. It just spoke to me!  All of it is true.  Fans of the Beatles will recognise the image title, from Sgt Pepper, and is my all time favourite Beatles song.
