Another emergency !!!

I was just about relaxing after the emergency earlier in the week when the fire alarms went off and we had to evacuate! There was a real fire in the family flat on Rafi's floor. Rafi was rolled onto a rescue mat, slid head first onto the floor, and bumped down the metal fire escape. Me and Kiera were in a daze, but realised we had to move Rafi from the bottom of the fire escape as we were blocking the others who were coming down. We had to drag him along the pathway to the therapy centre and ended up in the physio gym. We waited there for some time and just as we were told we could return Rafi dropped off to sleep, so we stayed there until he woke up! Rafi was reasonably calm throughout thank goodness.
Earlier in the day Rafi stood in his standing frame for the first time since he's been here. he had to be bribed with Skips and ate so many, so quickly that he was sick, but at least we got him up !
