Quarry Bank Mill

After a hard day in Northampton yesterday we drove home last night and had a well-deserved lie-in today.
The weather wasn't looking promising, but we forced ourselves to get out in the fresh air and we were rewarded with a fine sunny afternoon and a good walk in the rather wonderful gardens of Quarry Bank Mill.

Ed's been making more bread - an 800g loaf fresh out of the oven disappeared in 10 minutes. Just as well we got some Tiger bread from the supermarket earlier.

Watched a rather good French drama (The Returned) and so to bed ready for a busy week.
