Sailor's Warning!

Red sky at morning...fabulous! But it was also bitterly cold and windy..and required my winter parka, hat and mitts! The waves crashing on the wharf behind me were also calling out "Sailors Beware!" Not a good day to be on the water! (extra - which was blurry but I used a handy app to camouflage that - to no-one's surprise...it doesn't fool anyone)  

Snow and rain were forecast for later in the day, but only the rain appeared...It was a miserable day re: weather..but a couple of good things happened...other than that inspiring sunrise....

The garbage truck came by and picked up all those yard waste bags on our street - BEFORE the rain! Imagine that - and it wasn't even our pick-up day! 

AND, the surgeon called - my biopsy results were fine! Whew! 

A red-letter day for sure!
