Henry dog

Walked my parents dog today. Day Grandma died in early hours so I needed the walk. Woke up to text from Mum with news. Been a hard few days with Ricki & now Grandma. Thankfully I have brilliant work as I know from when I lost my grandfathers in 2002 & 2005. I am lucky in that I knew all my grandparents as adults (27 when Grandpa died) and have memories of all ny great-grandmothers.

Pets are a great comfort at times like this which makes loss of Ricki harder as she was so empathic. Henry (dog & cat) are being comforting though.
