I wood turned for the first time today in the name of father's day - a couple of table legs for dad's outdoor table. I'll do the other two this week so dad can get shot of the breeze blocks that have been holding the table up for about 8 years.

dad seemed pleased with my efforts...after I've finished the other legs I'll be leaving the turning to beefy! but at least now I know I can make a decent table in an emergency...
