The Bell Foundry

Popped down to Whitechapel to recce the photo society Christmas camera walk. I've been round to the old bell foundry before. It's currently the subject of a planning battle. The previous owners went bust and sold out controversially. A developer bought it and then got refused planning permission to convert it to a hotel. It's now empty.

The pigeons lurk outside and occasionally take to the air when a passer by disturbs them.
