Midweek

I was in Dunfermline this morning for one of my regular dental hygienist sessions... trying to keep the gum disease at bay. 

This time she did the full check to measure it, and to my amazement I got a good score! 13.5! 

I was sent on my way with a cheerful "keep up the good work". And a bill, of course. 

I guess that was the main event in my day - not as busy as yesterday, but Thursday will be busier. I did spend time in the kitchen making Spanish bean stew. Ideal November soul food. 

My Blip is the bandstand in the park across the street from my dentist, which evoked memories of long-gone summer. 

Meantime, since it is Wednesday here is some classic Wednesday.
