Christmas pie

A day out with friends at Trentham Gardens. A little bit of Christmas shopping done, lots of browsing in the interesting shops and some lovely food.
We had intended to eat at a tapas place we’ve been to before but the kitchen was closed. So we ate at the pie restaurant. My Christmas pie with cranberries and parsnip in it was very tasty.
A good relaxing day was just what was needed for us all. Back to work tomorrow.
