Enjoying the Warm Day

After a cool start it heated up to 27c. The wind has changed now and is cooling down fast. We are expecting rain and maybe thunderstorms and hail. Snow will be falling on the mountains nearby.

This morning I had my physio appointment. She was pleased with the movement of my knee. Because one of the excerises put my back out I was told not to worry about that one until my back improved.

After the physio I had a GP's appointment. She is trying me on a medication to see if it will help my back pain.
