In Anzac Avenue

This afternoon S and I had to meet with our solicitor to sign documents authorising her to deal with finalising the paperwork, and dealing with the money. She also had to establish that we are who we say we are (she photocopied our passports). Fortunately we didn't have to prove to her that we aren't money laundering criminals. We have had to do that in the past, although how having an envelope addressed to one of us proves that ?

Stephanie has had her office in Anzac Avenue for quite a few years. BUT this office is new to us. Because she had her office very near here, she became aware that the Chinese Cookhouse had suddenly closed. It was put up for sale and she was able to purchase it, and renovate it. Note the tiles on the steps.
