This is the little poucht I take with me to dialysis that holds my phone, my keys and my odds and ends. No dialysis today, but I did send a message to the nurse practitioner who treated my trigger finger asking if there is perhaps a steroid injection that might help with the carpal tunnel pain or perhaps a medication, while I'm waiting.  I'm going to try putting an ice pack under my wrist during dialysis tomorrow, to see if that might keep inflammation at bay.  And I'll only be there for three hours, as Lex and Doug will be picking me up and taking me with them to Thanksgiving dinner at Manda's.
