African paradise flycatcher....

I love these little birds but they are so flighty!  The male has an amazing long tail....the colours are gorgeous!

I went to Zambia Arts and Design Show this morning - it was really hot outdoors but thankfully it was all tented!  Some amazing artists and different crafts on show!
