One out, one in

I managed to retrieve my laptop at lunchtime and it seems to be working fine. Luckily, I didn't really need it in the morning. We had a long (at least it felt that way) meeting first thing. Then we were training a member of staff on our book selection process, do that they can be involved in deciding what goes on the shelves in their branch. In the afternoon I took out new recruit to one of the two branch libraries she will be managing. 
After work, I had a quick catch up with Lucie before she left to spend a few days in London. Katya came soon afterwards for a quick visit, and to pick up her mail. It was lovely to see her. Django was all over her!
