Dad and His Girls

After a week in the hospital and a stay at Lisa's nursing facility, it was good to have my dad here for the holiday. When he had his kidney issues last month, he lost his appetite.

But, the appetite is back. He always chooses the seat he is pictured in because he can't get out, which forces people to wait on him.

I think we had 19 for dinner, including a little 4 month old baby girl who came with her mother Stephanie and our nephew Allen. Along with 2.5 year old great-niece Sage, it was good to have both young and old in the house.

The downer of the day? Our Deroit Lions football team lost to the Green Bay Packers.
