Thursday: Mid-Century Modern

We’ve had a great last full day in Palm Springs.  We started with a bike ride all around the local neighbourhood and its mid century architecture.  

We then drove out to Joshua Tree National Park (see extras) - the scenery is just incredible.

We had the usual cocktail hour tonight - it’s one of the best features of our accommodation. A lovely way to get chatting to other people.  

I have to admit that until we arrived this week we were oblivious to the fact it was Thanksgiving.  But we decided to celebrate with a chicken pot pie and peas…
