Yes, but repurposed as a hibernaculum. 

A volunteer day happened last Friday and this is the first time I've seen some of their handy work as I was out and about on the old railway line cycle route where this took place.

Looks rather good doesn't it? I'm sure the bugs and the mini-beasties will love it.
