A visit with friends
is always a happy time...
we're getting older...

The garbage truck crashing and banging in front of the house before 6:30 had us awake before schedule. 

We were off to meet my friends at the local donut shop. I haven't seen these lovely people since March. They are the first of my snowbird friends to return to Yuma this season.

My brother and I arrived early to get our coffee and breakfast sandwiches.  I didn't think my friends needed to sit and watch us chewing. LOL!

We had a great chat. I was so pleased that my brother was able to meet them. 

Soon, they were off to get on with their day and we did the same. 

I'm looking forward to my afternoon nap already!
