Grading examinations

I’ve been training 23 police officers last week for FLO duty in Sweden. FLO is a method we adopted from the Metropolitan police in London. FLO stands for Family Liaison Officers and is now used in Sweden as an established method when dealing with serious crimes of violence. It was ten years ago we went to London and found this method and since then been implementing it in the Swedish national police force as a brilliant idea and method. It’s been a success.
