Family times

Today we left York and went over to Manchester to visit our poorly baby nephew in hospital. He has made an amazing recovery in the last week and we were pleased to see him smiling. Everyone around him is shattered but looking forward to him returning home.

We left late in the afternoon and drove back up to Edinburgh. We've driven approximately 500 miles this weekend and it felt like it! It was great to have the opportunity to see family and much better than being thousands of miles away in Canada as we were last year.
