Went to Ipswich today to record an intrview with BBC Radio Suffolk about our work in Africa. Should be aired Sunday morning.

Off for a week to the Lake District tomorrow morning for our long awaited holiday!

Log cabin on a hill. Probably have no internet for a week so will be quiet until we get back 27th.
