Distant ducks and distant squirrels!

It was lovely to see some frost this morning.  

These distant ducks ran down the bank and leapt into the river when they saw me coming.  Likewise, the squirrels in Sherborne leapt up the trees when they saw Ivy coming.  I wonder if it will ever twig with her that the longer she stands and barks under the tree, the less likely it is they will ever come down!  A photo of her in extras if you have time,
