Mock On a Mirror

A Northern Mockingbird taking a break on a side view mirror. This one was spotted on a neighbor's car. We seldom see them in our yard, likely because we have many trees and shrubs and they seem to prefer a more open flyway. The mockingbird is Florida's State Bird.  It often imitates other birds and regularly sings at night. I love hearing its musical renditions of popular songs. m
