Sparrowhawk

In the garden the morning. Very exciting as I haven’t seen one before. He was eating a Blackbird whilst another Blackbird jumped agitatedly from branch to branch in a tree behind them. It’s not the best photo but I wanted to record the occasion. We spent around 20 mins watching him until a neighbour’s dog barked and he flew off.

Had a short walk in a local forest, see extra, and then enjoyed being at home watching it snow through the window.
