Wind, waves and of course birds

Fabulous north wind at last in Sheringham. The tide was two hours off high when I took my main image. 
The extra is a purple sandpiper - with thanks to birder Richard for spotting it. 

I am very hounoured and chuffed to be on the popular pages today. Thank you to all who put me there for the study of the juvenile herring gull yesterday. I will be doing more like that!
