West Beach

I went for my second visit to the osteopath, Sarah, at Littlehampton this morning. She was pleased that she is managing to loosen up the muscles around my spine and get my pelvis more straight. I have to go back again next week.

When I walked to her house I needed a coat, by the time I left (an hour later) it was so warm that I just needed a T shirt. I went onto the beach and took some quick photos - my favourite was this one of West Beach (zoomed in on) West Beach is on the other side of the River Arun which flows out into the sea at Littlehampton. Stuart and Paul went there last week while I was at my appointment - you have to drive round quite a long way via Climping as there is only a pedestrian bridge from Littlehampton itself.

This afternoon hubby and I have to sort out the end of the room ready for the carpet cleaning man to come on Wednesday (the same guy that cleaned my ovens). Tomorrow I have home group and Stuart is back to work after his week off, so it has to be done today. It should be quite a challenge as it is where my art and music stuff is stored - eek! Furniture to garage I think and guitars to office. As for Stuart's stamp collection....er....!!
