End of the day

Got up early to give the dogs a quick walk before I went to run lanhydrock parkrun. Didn't realise it was so cold until I got to the van and had to de-ice the windscreen. Hadn't really dressed for frosty running and it took about half way until I started to warm up.
The dogs then had a longer walk and this afternoon went training with Keely.
All enjoying the log burner which is warming up the house
