Conference

Thank you for all the lovely messages on yesterday's blip, feel a bit of a fraud as apart from two days of near continuous sneezing I've been 95% fine.

I was booked to deliver First Aid for Mental Health to this year's BAIML conference. Obviously yesterday I contacted them... They said s they'd like the course to still go ahead, so I agreed, on the proviso that the participants got told in advance and were offered a refund if they didn't want to attend.... All six still wanted to attend. 

So up super early to drive over to the Cabinet Office Emergency Planning College - probably one of the most spectacular locations I've delivered a course in - a stunning building thst has mixed both it's stately home heritage and state-of-the-art facilities.
Great people on the course, great interaction and great feedback. 

And... I have to say I've felt great all day, no sneezing, no cough, no wheeze. So when I got back this evening I took another test... See extra.
