What's better than one fresh Thai coconut? TWO fresh Thai coconuts, of course!

Unlike most of the coconuts I've had in America, coconuts like this are so full of juice that even the most experienced coconut chopper will splash some as he cracks open the top. After you've slurped down the juice, you can scrape the tender, white flesh out of the inside and eat it. Sooooo refreshing!

This picture reminds me of a game we've played in English class. First, pairs of words are written on separate papers. Then one word is taped to each person's back, and everyone has to ask yes or no questions to figure out what word is on his/her back before finding the person with the corresponding pair. Some of the pairs included peanut butter / jelly, thunder / lighting, salt / pepper, then more Thai culture pairs such as mango / sticky rice.

The funny thing is, after the game we realized that we need to adjust some of the word pairs for next time. Some of our Thai friends didn't know that peanut butter and jelly or salt and pepper go together. They just aren't paired like that in the typical Thai lifestyle.
