Check, check and check again

Saturdays are always by far the busiest days so we went in early as our shift didn’t really start until 12.00. Each session today we had about 50 volunteers which was fantastic - but much harder work. We have to check there are sufficient shoe boxes in a carton and we often find we can squeeze in another 2 or 3. This makes a huge difference over all. Finished by about 7.15 which means we had a 10 hour day - exhausting but so worth while!
