Grey Heron

There were two heron today, the little female (pictured) and the adult male (extra). The little female kept chasing of the adult male but he kept coming back. After she had eaten a large share she was happy for him to get some. To be honest I wasn't 100% certain it was the adult male, it could have been the nervy male so I made my way to the clearing to find the adult male waiting. He had flown over from the slope to the clearing. I gave him his proper share then made for home feeding the crows as I went.
