Angel foodcake

Church this morning.
Made a lovely roast pork dinner . Then decided to make some sugar free lemon curd. But that meant I had egg whites left over.
Ok what now. 6 more egg whites later and I have an angel food cake.
Now in the freezer for the cafe on Wednesday
