I had a pretty quiet day . Shopping in the morning and a visit from Jackie & Belle to meet our cats , Pixie & Poppy. The cats put in a brief appearance:-)
In the evening I had a video call to Holy Isle to speak to my dear friend Ani Palden Zangmo who is a Buddhist nun living there as the care taker for the women’s long retreat. She was the deputy manager of Lothlorien when I lived there 28 years ago and was my birth partner when I had my son. It was good to catch up after such a long time .
