Well, that was quite a day! The annual Christmas Fayre for CoDA, I woke to more stormy weather - how disappointing. Thunder and rain as Graham kindly drove me to 'The Beach Bar' on Altinkum beach boardwalk where I had a table selling various handmade seasonal gifts and decorations (all previously blipped) for the annual drive to raise money for the charity that cares for local street animals.

The weather turned out to be kind as storm clouds rolled over and Mr Sun made a warm appearance for long enough to attract people to attend. The day as a whole included a raffle, lucky squares, an auction, and Santa came too (he's a close friend of my friend Tony) with Mrs Santa who together gave gifts to some very excited and happy children. The entire event raised just under 40k Turkish lira.

As I was too busy and/or distracted to take any photos of the event, today's pic is Altinkum beach and the Aegean, just before Mark (our auctioneer) kindly ran me home around 4pm.  The only other comment I want to make about today is that tonight's walk-before-bed with Rufus was in temperatures akin to British Bitter.
