Timer

Tea at a cafe in Godalming. The waitress who brought it to me told me to turn the timer upside down and wait until 4 minutes were up so that the tea was properly brewed. I've never encountered this in a cafe before. I actually had to leave it longer as it was still quite weak after the 4 minutes was up.
