Spatacular

I’ve been looking forward to today for quite a while. In all the busy’ness of life, mentally and physically, this second ever trip for me to a spa with 9 friends was pure tonic.

It was so peaceful and easy going. Coming back into a whirlwind is never easy - and it’s easier for me than several others in the group - but arriving back on earth after 10 hours out of it can be a bit of a bump.

Grateful for these lovely friends. Most but not all are swimmers.
