More learning curve?

       Farcebook/Fakebook posts "History" (This Day) back several years.  Today a photo of Alice Popped up; taken by the dreaded A. N. Other years before we met, a guesstimate by her "Eyebrow plucker" says she's be 17-18-19(ish).
       The Curve you ask?  Well it went thusly - On the left = what popped out on Farcebook.  
In the centre = 1st attempt, De-noised; note cardi texture went too.
On the right. = I thinked a thunk. "What if I de-noise all except her Cardi?" then select backing only and fill it with prevailing colour/shade?
       Well that's the result.
