A Perfect Bench for Sitting

Sometimes you take a turn down an inviting corner, and there's a bench right where you wish there was one! I took this photo at the Julian Wetlands. It's a perfect bench for sitting. My soundtrack: R.E.M., Sitting Still.




Status of my right knee: second day of being pretty wrecked, in pain. I'm trying to take it easy, but every step hurts. I ended up wrapping it, putting cold packs on it, putting it up for hours, and asking my husband to get out his mom's cane. Which has a horse head on it, so at least it's cute. This is a new experience for me, to have so much trouble walking even a short distance. I hope it passes soon!
