London…

Again.

Our second trip uptown of the weekend.  Today was for the Scala Radio Christmas concert at the London Palladium.

Lucy, Mr C and I had lunch at an Italian restaurant nearby.  Food was ok but the wait was too long. Luckily, we had booked with enough time to get to the theatre.

We were treated to some fabulous classical music including a few Christmas tunes thrown in.  Performing for us was Alfie Boe, who was also presenting the concert alongside Penny Smith, Russell Watson, David Arnold was conducting the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra, Ayanna Witter Johnson and The Barricade Boys.  A lovely afternoon out.

We headed straight home as Josh was at ours with Oscar.  They had had him overnight as Nat went in to be induced today.  They had a lovely time with him and had already bathed him before we got back.  So we enjoyed an hour or so with him before he went to bed.
