Cheating again

I took this in Saturday's glorious sunlight. 

It's the perfect antidote to some horrible behaviour at work. 
Nobody is being horrible to me, but I hate to witness bullying. 
Both sides still claim to believe it's "just harmless banter", but then so did my ex.
When I hear "can't take a joke" it raises crimson flags. I think I should raise the matter with the boss, who unfortunately also finds "banter" funny, but whose eldest child has just become the victim of bullying at school. 
I think I may have a hot iron with which to strike.
